Wantong Development: the controlling shareholder agreed to transfer 5.53% of the company's shares, Securities Times e Company News, Wantong Development (600246) announcement on the evening of April 30th Jiahua Oriental Holdings (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiahua Holdings"), the company's controlling shareholder, and Beijing Fuyuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. (on behalf of "Fuyuan Fuxing No.1 Private Securities Investment Fund") (referred to as "Beijing Fuyuan"), Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch signed a share transfer agreement to transfer 100 million shares of the company at a price of 6.96 yuan per share. Accounts for 5.03% of the total share capital of the company Wantong Investment holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wantong Holdings"), Beijing Fuyuan and Luo Guangqun, acting in concert with the controlling shareholders, signed a share transfer agreement to transfer 10 million shares of the company at a price of 6.96 yuan per share, accounting for 0.5% of the company's total share capital. Jiahua Holdings and Wantong Holdings transferred a total of 110 million shares, accounting for 5.53% of the company's total share capital.
