Jiayi Holdings (01025) issued an announcementclawmachineforsale, as the company and Yongtuo Fuxin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. were unable to reach a consensus on the audit fee for reviewing the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, Yongtuo Fuxin has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from May 7, 2024.

In accordance with the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has been decided to appoint First Century Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. as the company's new auditor, effective from May 7, 2024, to fill the casual vacancy that occurred after the resignation of Yongtuo Fuxin for a term of office until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
